Door leaves of the «Kolori» collection are lightweight and durable thanks to a framework made of a two-layer pine timber fastened on a micro pin with honeycomb filler (dense cardboard, arranged in honeycombs 40×40×30 mm) inside.
The frame is sheathed with solid MDF panels of 3 mm in thickness. Such interior doors are inexpensive compared with stile-and-rails doors made of the massif wood but do not concede to them on aesthetic and exploitative indicators. On both sides, the door leaf is covered with PVC film using membrane-vacuum pressing or eco-veneer using lamination technology. Both methods guarantee a secure fit of the coatings to the door leaf. The edges of the door are finished with a PVC edge bedging.
The collection of inexpensive interior doors «Kolori» is presented by two models:
• «Standart» — solid door without engravings and decorative elements;
• «Sakura» — with an engraved pattern of a sakura branch.
