The panel interior doors of the «Plus» collection are perfect in their minimalistic design. The door leaves of the collection are made of an integral wooden frame, spliced with the help of micro pin technology. A honeycomb filler is inserted inside the two-layer pine beam frame. On both sides, the frame is closed with solid MDF panels with engraving. Solid doors are covered all-round with PVC Deluxe film, and the edges are processed by an edge begging. Outwardly, panel doors are difficult to distinguish from completely wooden:
1. They look massive and integral;
2. The decor is very similar to natural veneer or painted wood;
3. Engraving on MDF panels and press coating gives the impression of hand-carved
wood.
Thus, solid interior doors «Plus» has a lightweight (15-20 kg), but stay durable and strong in use. Filling in the engraving is an unusual way to emphasize the beauty of a geometric pattern and highlight a solid door.
