Exchange Guarantee
We have a 30-Day Exchange Guarantee, which means you have 30 day after receiving your item to request for an exchange in case the item had manufacturing defect, or damaged by the shipping company.
Exchange Policy is subjected to approval by DoorsAndHandles.ca support team, To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be whether;
1) Damaged by the shipping company
2) Has manufacturing defect
Return Policy: Your item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1) Customers must pay the return shipping fee.
2) Customers must return their item(s) within 30 Day, after receiving their Item(s).
3) DoorsAndHandles.ca will accept to pay the return shipping fee for these reasons;
To Start a Return,
1) Customers have to contact our support team with the same email address on the file, Your request must be sent to support@doorsandhandles.ca
To protect our customers, our support team will verify customer's request with certain credentials.
2) If your return request is eligible and accepted by our support team, we’ll send you an email concerning the return process.
Item(s) sent back to us without proceeding with the initial step, and without having our approval for the return, will not be considered as the return item and doorsandhandles.ca is not obligated to proceed with the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the initial item and inspected it, we will issue you with a full refund accordingly.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will be notified by email.
Please note that it will take some time (5-10 days) for your bank (or credit card company) to process and post the refund to your account.
